Accordingly, our vision is to increase brand awareness in the car rental industry, ensuring high customer satisfaction, being the most reliable, creating value, and without compromising quality.

    The Company has established the following "Code of Business Ethics" to be applied to all business processes, relationships, and all types of work and activities. The "Code of Business Ethics" is a set of rules that employees and managers within Brand Rent A Car are expected to adopt and implement. It complements company policies and other practices and regulates disciplinary processes.

    GENERAL PRINCIPLES

    - As SCZ ENGINEERING TUR.INŞ.OTOM.SAN.VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ / Brand Rent A Car, we act fairly, honestly, and transparently in all our business activities.

    - We never knowingly harm others with the products and services we offer.

    - All customer complaints are forwarded to the Customer Complaints Department for prompt resolution.

    - Complies with all promises and agreements made regarding services and products provided to customers.
